Statement from Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum on Governor Spitzer's Resignation
Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum said "I have the utmost confidence in Lieutenant Governor Paterson and look forward to working with him. His record speaks volumes about his ability to lead and bring about change in Albany. He is someone who can get things done. I feel sorry for what the Spitzer family is going through. My heart goes out to all of them."
